The pageant has 9 age categories with the ability to participate in beauty\, most photogenic\, costume\, prettiest hair\, eyes\, smile\, prettiest dress/suit\, and talent in each category. The registration forms are located on our website\, jwfestival.com/forms or can be picked up at City Hall. Forms and payment need to be submitted by September 9th\, 2019 at 4pm in order to participate in the pageant. DESCRIPTION:Experience the Appalachian Mountains up close and personal. Enjoy a unique float down the Levisa Fork River in eastern Kentucky. The 8+ mile kayaking adventure will take you through the first established town in eastern Kentucky. Tickets are $15 and include lunch and shuttle service.
