DESCRIPTION:Introducing Midsummer Night’s Dream: An Appalachian Folktale for Shakespeare in the Park in Prestonsburg. The Bard is coming to the Bluegrass! In this inventive re-telling of Shakespeare’s classic comedy\, Athens becomes Appalachia. Adapted by a local director and featuring both local and professional talent\, this regional retelling is sure to bring laughs to the whole family. Admission will be picnic style at Middle Creek National Battlefield\, so gather the family\, bring a blanket and supper\, and enjoy a theatrical experience unlike any other!
