DESCRIPTION:This year’s Jenny Wiley Pageant will be held on September 14th\, 2019 at the Mountain Arts Center. The pageant has 9 age categories with the ability to participate in beauty\, most photogenic\, costume\, prettiest hair\, eyes\, smile\, prettiest dress/suit\, and talent in each category. The registration forms are located on our website\, jwfestival.com/forms or can be picked up at City Hall. Forms and payment need to be submitted by September 9th\, 2019 at 4pm in order to participate in the pageant.
