DESCRIPTION:The Jenny Wiley Festival consists of crafts\, carnival\, various vendors\, car show\, great local and national entertainment\, parade\, corn hole tournament\, beauty pageant\, and much more. Fun for all ages. \n \nIMPORTANT NOTE:\n\nEven with the mandated social distancing policy\, we will be having a carnival this year\, but things will be different. Social distancing and cleaning/sanitization guidelines\, as recommended by the CDC\, will be enforced. Please be patient with the carnival operators.\nThe Festival Committee\, along with the City of Prestonsburg and Floyd County Health Department\, has worked hard to make the festival safe and fun for everyone. Please be aware that the CDC guidelines for social distancing and the wearing of masks will be followed.

DESCRIPTION:This year’s Jenny Wiley Pageant will be held on September 14th\, 2019 at the Mountain Arts Center. The pageant has 9 age categories with the ability to participate in beauty\, most photogenic\, costume\, prettiest hair\, eyes\, smile\, prettiest dress/suit\, and talent in each category. The registration forms are located on our website\, jwfestival.com/forms or can be picked up at City Hall. Forms and payment need to be submitted by September 9th\, 2019 at 4pm in order to participate in the pageant.
