Bike/Run/Walk a 5k/10k. You can choose your own course or run the course that will wind through town cross into West Prestonsburg onto the new Prestonsburg Passage Trail…out and back. \nTHIS IS NOT A TIMED RACE… IT IS FOR FUN AND FAMILIES!!! Burning calories early means GUILT FREE EATING!!! \nBIKE/RUN will start AT 9:00 AM at PRO FITNESS. \nRegistration will begin at 8:00 AM. \nNo participation awards but some pretty cool t-shirts. Get there early!!!! Tshirts are available as long as size and quantities last. NO SET ENTRY FEE!!! Participants are asked to bring an item for use in the Floyd County Animal shelter (pet food\, cat litter\, newspapers\, Clorox\, etc).
