Even with the mandated social distancing policy, we will be having a carnival this year, but things will be different. Social distancing and cleaning/sanitization guidelines, as recommended by the CDC, will be enforced. Please be patient with the carnival operators.

The Festival Committee, along with the City of Prestonsburg and Floyd County Health Department, has worked hard to make the festival safe and fun for everyone. Please be aware that the CDC guidelines for social distancing and the wearing of masks will be followed.
